Tournedos Rossini sauce porto Temps Preparation: 60 minutesCooking time: 40 minutes Ingredients (for 4 people):For the sauce base:- 25 g of butter- 1 veal bones broken in 2- 1 carrot- 1 onion- 1 teaspoon flour- 10 cl dry white wine- 20 cl of water- 1/2 teaspoon of tomato paste- Bouquet garni- Salt and pepper- 4 thick steaks- 4 slices of bread round- 80 g of butter- 4 slices of foie gras- 4 slices of truffle- 10 cl Porto Preparation of the recipe:Preparing the sauce base:In a saucepan, cook over high heat with butter: the veal bones broken, carrot and onion diced.Sprinkle a teaspoon of flour.
